Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

eval analyzes content URLs and uploaded videos to generate Entertainment Value scores and related feedback using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided for informational and creative-evaluation purposes.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (your "Content"). You represent and warrant that you own your Content or have the necessary rights to submit it for analysis, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant eval a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to resell access without our permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

Entertainment Value scores, rationales, and recommendations are generated by AI and are intended as guidance, not guarantees. They reflect a point-in-time, subjective assessment and may contain errors. eval does not guarantee any specific business, marketing, or financial outcome from using the Service. You are responsible for your own decisions.

• We offer a free tier that includes a limited number of reports, with no credit card required.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with notice.

The Service, including its software, design, scoring framework, and branding, is owned by eval and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI, payment, email, and hosting services. Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eval and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which eval is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
